1. General Neurology

• Comprehensive neurological evaluations
• Seizure and epilepsy management

2. Post-Hospitalization Care

• Post-stroke  care (ischemic and hemorrhagic)
• Post-traumatic  brain injury care
• Post-subarachnoid  hemorrhage care
• Post-intracerebral  hemorrhage care

3. Recovery & Follow-Up

• Neurological  assessments after hospital discharge
• Medication  management (antiplatelets, anticoagulants, antihypertensives, statins,      etc.)
• Functional  status evaluation (mobility, speech, cognition)
• Review  of imaging (MRI, CT, ultrasound, TCDs) and labs for secondary prevention

4. Stroke Prevention & Secondary Prevention

• Hypertension  control
• Cholesterol management
• Diabetes screening and control
• Cardiac  rhythm monitoring for atrial fibrillation
• Anticoagulation monitoring (INR, DOACs)
• Lifestyle counseling (diet, exercise, smoking cessation)

5. Multidisciplinary Care Coordination

• Physical therapy (mobility, balance)
• Occupational therapy (ADLs, fine motor skills)
• Speech therapy (aphasia, swallowing)
• Neuropsychology (cognitive rehab, mood support)
• Care plan updates with primary care, cardiology, and other specialists

6. Specialized Neurovascular Services

• Transcranial Doppler ultrasound follow-up (vasospasm or vessel monitoring)
• Carotid ultrasound surveillance after surgery or stenting

7. Patient & Caregiver Education

• Understanding new medications and side effects
• Caregiver training and support

8. Management of Stroke Complications

• Post-stroke seizures
• Spasticity management (including Botox injections)
